In case of amalagamation, whether transferee company needs to submit FCGPR for shares issued to transferor, as shreholding pattern of both company includes NRI only. Plz guide.

Thanks. But there is no consideration involved. Only transfer of share capital from Tranferor to transfree company is involved.

You will mentioned the details as you have and five the declaration for it.
If RBI has any clarification, then will ask from company.

One more thing, the Form-FC-GPR will be filed by the company whocse shares are involve. the share holders has no right to submit such form with RBI.
