How to apply for FCA?
Is it necessary to attach balancesheet of employer and certificate of experience describing nature of duty?
I don't have the same. Please guide.

Not at all......once you complete the requisite number of years.....next to that year apply for FCA, that's all.

It is not necessary to attach balance sheet of employer and certificate of experience. But self declaration is necessary.

Should i submitt form 3 also? or self declaration is sufficient.

Also it is based on the year or experience? I am an associate member from Nov, 2009. when should I apply for FCA?

It is based on experience, you should submit form 3.

and in form 3 there is requirement of paid up capital and turnover. what about that? and under which clause will be I fall?

The company in which you are working should satisfy the requirement of capital and turnover. Don't give any false declaration which will land you in disciplinary action. Better you can be an associate member till you actually qualify for FCA.
