WHAT IS FC GPR & FC TRS??WHAT THESE FORMS ARE??WHEN AND WHY NEED TO FILE??GIVE BRIEF IDEA.THANKS IN ADVANCE.

FC-GPR and FC-TRS are forms related to RBI reporting in relation to issue/transfer of shares to Non-residents. FC-GPR is to filed when shares are issued to a non-resident whereas FC-TRS is filed when existing shares are transferred to a non-resident. They are to be filed with RBI.
