FBT on out of pocket exp

Dear All
We are a engineers consultants, We used to charge out of pocket exp, for all exp on behalf of our client (i.e. travelling, hotel, food during the travel, taxi charges etc) on actual expenses basis. as OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES. Is it liable to pay FBT on travelling etc.In this some times our salaried MD and some times our consultants engineer (not salaried) used to travels.

Whether you recover or not, Travelling expenditure is subject to FBT.
