We are partnership firm, we use two telephone line
1.for communication
2. for Internate and Fax
My query is :
Is FBT applicable on both the line exp or any one.

FBT is applicable only when there is an employee and employer relationship. Both the above answers, I belive have been given on the presumption that such a relationship exits. However in case if the partnership firm does not have any employee, then fBT will not be applicable on both the telephone.
