FBT is Applicable on 80DDB medical treatment bills ? under employee`s welfare sec. 115WB(2)(E) : Medical expenditure reimbursement above Rs. 15000 is not covered by FBT. better if u can consult with someone else stillm having some doubt.

FBT not concerned with the category of taxability of employee. FBT is liable on medical allowance for all employees if below 15000/- per employee ans given by CA Tarun Maheshwari
