17 October 2013 FOLLOWING ERROR OCCURS WHILE UPLOADING EFORMS IN MCA PORTAL:

You need to Re-start PC.

It appears that program got corrupted.

This could be version incompatibility for time being.

Did you upgraded your JAVA?

If yes then downgrade & re - do.
