21 January 2021 The appellant or authorized representative may request a personal hearing to make oral submissions or present the case before the AU under the scheme. The acceptance of an appellant’s request for a personal hearing is at the discretion of Chief Commissioner or Director General in charge of the RFAC. Hearings are conducted exclusively through video conferencing or video telephony, including use of any supporting telecommunication application software.
