Export with payment of duty

Please tell me the procedure to export with payment of duty. the basics, form to be submitted to the excise authorities etc.

The rebate of excise duty paid on exported goods is granted under rule 18 of central excise rules 2002. The procedure has been prescribed in Notification No. 19/2004-CE(NT) dated 6.9.2004.
