I am new to export field. can any body guide me what is the process to execute export sales order till final shipment.

Plz just explain step by step like:-.
1. inquiry generation
2. sending proforma invoice to hot customer
3. getting customer's purchase order
3. sending final invoice
4. prepare custom invoice
5 ...........
