01 August 2011 I have a doubt in accounting and getting refund.
While exporting local purchased goods (which has excise duty in the bill)how to get refund / claim of the excise duty paid on the goods.
1. Whether ARE1 is to be made (for making invoice without ED)
2. What is form for claim for refund the excise duty paid on purchased goods
3. What is the procedure to obtain the same.

While accounting,
1. How to treat ED paid on traded goods, whether separately or along with CENVAT credit ( as produced goods also there and CENVAT credit is there for existing product)
2. How to reverse the ED if we got refund
3. How much percentage we will get as refund
