I want to know about form H I.e penaltymate sale?
kindily provide a description note about this topic.

Penultimate sale refers to the last sale of any goods preceding the sale occasioning the export of 'those' goods, if such last sale inter-alia was for the purpose of complying with the agreement or order 'for' or 'in relation to' such export
