Hi Exports,
I need information about the Expencess payable
i have books Expenses Payable A/c Credited Rs.4200 at the Mar-2014 after Apr-2014 i have recd bill of amount Rs.2350 Apr -2014 month i have booked Expenses payable Debited Rs.2350 balance it show Rs.1850 where can i transfer this amount

if it is no more required, then reverse the transaction. Or else keep it open for adjustment against further expenses.
