Can any body please send me the medium level partnership firms (Mfg.) Profit & Loss format with head of Expenses and which head we can book which types of expenses.

It seems there is a misconception in your mind about expenditure to be recorded in the books.
All the expenses which are incurred to run the business are recorded in the books.
You can open as many heads of account as are required for the better presentation and control.
At the time of finalization; the auditors would suggest you about proper grouping.
