06 October 2017 Which amount chargeable for GST 5%,12% and 18%
I mean to say Is less than 5000.00 chargeable in gst as 18%?

06 October 2017 I agreed with Our Expert Mr Amol S Joglekar Sir., Less than 5k /day expenses is not taxable under GST for the relaxation... Otherwise it's exceeding the 5k You ll be pay Tax under RCM basis for the Items / Supplies GST Rate. No more changes made the GST rate of Tax...

06 October 2017 Actually you are confused and Make we as Confusing....

Please explain your understanding by the 5k limit...

We / GSTN are says less than 5000 URD related inwards can't applicable Tax.
But, You says it's 18% tax. Then what is your exact Query / Confusion / Your Doubt...?

13 October 2017 Yes... Sec 9(3) related activities RCM is applicable ... Sec 9(4) related activities RCM can't applicable....
