21 December 2013 what else do you want to include. I believe payment for diesel etc for generator should go to fuel expenses.

21 December 2013 wire repair etc can be charged to repair and maintenance (even electrician payments can be charged to this). with regards to switches treatment shall depend on whether you capitalize it or not.
