Expenditure on director's marriage

23 May 2016 Hiii Experts,
My question is Whether Expenses by Company on Director's Marriage is allowable or not?.My view is Expense is not allowable because as per section 37 nature of expense is personal which is inadmissible.I want to know if expense is allowable then please refer the case law if any.Is there any other way to get Maximum benefit out of it to Company.
