WHAT ARE THE TAX CONSEQUENCES WHEN DIRECTOR IS PAYING EXPENSES OF COMPANY FROM HIS OWN CREDIT CARD , HOW WE SHOULD REPORT THE SAME IN AUDIT RREPORT?

The director must be geeting reimbursed by the company for the official expenses he is incurring for the company. Hence it is just a wasy of making payment and hence needs no disclosure.
