In the May 2011 Application form it was mentioned that students converted into IPCC from PE-II/PCC can use the Exemption for UNEXPIRED chances in the corresponding papers.
what is the meaning of UNEXPIRED CHANCES.
Is the exemption is valid for only three attempts.

yes it is true that exemption can b availed only for three attempts following the attempt in which it was achieved.
