13 October 2014 If I Have One House & One Plot Of Land, Can I Claim The Exemption U/s 54F When Selling The Plot & Using The Money To Buy New Flat?

13 October 2014 yes you can...the condition is that on the date of sale, you should not have more than one residential property. thats it.
