Opted VRS under Exit Option Scheme 2005 from SBI. I.T.O. denied exemption u/s 10(10)(C) on Ex-Gratia alongwith relief 89(1).Kindly provide any Verdict of the Hon'ble Courts.
Please also provide the information that if any recruitment have been made by SBI on the vacancies caused by Exit Option Scheme 2005.
