my friend had applied cpt still he was a student of a cpt not completed but recently icai announced new rule for dierect ca please what is the position of my friend please tell me and he had been completed bcom if new rule can applicable he can get any benefit please advise

10 August 2012 If he has secured 55% marks in graduation he is eligible for direct entry into IPCC. He will have to register afresh.
