Exemption on payment of service tax.confusion??

27 April 2015 We are registered with Service Tax.
Our tax liability falls on Rs 15 Lac of billing this year ,previous year it was 12 Lac.
My question is whether we will be able to get exemption on 10 lac and then pay tax on billing amount above 10 lac.

27 April 2015 nopes dear.... u had to pay tax on complete 15 lacs... u had took the benefit of ten lacs already in last year.. and this is one time benefit for the first year only
