my service tax receipts was in 2007-08 rs. 5 lacs & in 2008-09 was rs 8 lacs
can i get exemption for 2007-08 & 2008-09

Exemption is based on gross value of services rendered and not on the amount received.
Exemption limit for 2007-08 is Rs.8 lakhs and for 2008-09 it is Rs.10 lakhs.
