i am a b.com 2nd year student and i have already given cpt exam but couldn't cleared it. and i just read in article of times of India that a new rule has started. one can even appear for ipcc exam directly after completing 2yrs of graduation course.
Sir please inform me whether this news is true or not..

This is not true.
You will be able to give the same after clearing your graduation and too has not yet been approved. So wait for the official announcement.

actually i confirmed it from some other CAs too, they told me that this is a new rule but its yet to be passed by parliment..
