I have given CS Executive Programme in June 2010, I had appeared for both the groups.
I have cleared in First Group, and in II group my marks are as follows:
Company Law 64
Eco & Labour Law 65
Securities Law 21
My question is that as i scored 60 above in 2 subjects will i get exemption for this not?

you will eligible for exemption in two subjects - Company Law, Eco & Labour Law.
