04 February 2012 Can anyone tell me the services which are exempted under work contract services or any other construction work ?

05 February 2012 It depends upon nature of construction activities like construction of road, dams and airport etc.are exempt under works contact and non commercial construction are not taxable under 'commercial or industrial construction services', therefore every thing depends upon nature of activity.
