WHETHER ANY EXEMPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR CA IN PRACTICE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED TO CLIENT IN PRESENTING THEIR CASES BEFORE I. TAX AUTHORITIES IF SO UNDER WHICH RULE

I AM ASKING FOR RULE IN SERVICE TAX, NOT IN GST

No service of CA was exempt under service tax. Only exemption was available when service was provided by CA to institutions which were mentioned under negative list.
