Exempt goods sold to unregistered dealer

09 February 2012 Product sold by my client is exempt in State of Maharashtra, my query to this is whether sale to Unregistered dealer is also exempt

A product exepmt is exempt from taxation whether you sel it to RD or URD person.

It depends on product and not Purchaser.
