Dear Sir,
In ER 1 return, cenvat credit not accept without entered sales figure. Whenever in month our company no selling due to new plant implimented & cenvat credit for the machinery. So, please advise.is it possible for the cenvat taken in ER I ? how ?

Even if there is no sale you can take the cenvat credit in ER-1.
