Dear Sir,
Can anybody suggest about the excise invoice format for a manufacturer under rule 8 and under rule 4 of CE ACT2000.

both types are covered under "invoice for home consumption"
rule 4 defines clearance of goods to own selling counter or display place, where the actual sale will take place.
rule 8 defines captive consumption
you have to take permission of juridictional Ac/DC for using more than one set of invoice for both perpose, stating the purpose in writing.
