Dear Expert,
We raised an excise invoice,paid duty and filed the excise returns.
Now the customer is not accepting the invoice & not giving any reason or document proof for rejecting the invoice.
How we can solve this problem.

What about material
if material return by transporter freight bill reis proof for delivery of goods. state excise & taxation depertment entry on state checkpost. or its free from check post. matrial should be taken back under rule 16.

Material was delivered on our own vehicle, material is already consumed by the customer.
