06 February 2015 if goods are excisable on date of manufacture but on removed from godown becomes non excisable will excise be levied

08 February 2015 No duty is payable at becoz at the time of removal duty rate was NIl rate of duty from factory,,,but in case of warehouse duty is payable becoz the same was payable at the time of clearance from factory.........
