I have deposited excess TDS on 7/7/17 now I want to know whether I can claim excess TdS paid against August TDS liability and how can I claim????

You can fill details of full challan in your TDS return.
But in deductee details fill details of july month only...

In next month also fill details of full challan but details of unconsumed challan to be given in deductee details.
