Sir, I have taken excess leave during my articleship period for 36 days. The Institute has served me a notice for excess leave of 36 days.
Sir, can I register under another chartered Accountant.

have to disagree. you can register under any practising CA for the supplementary articleship.
file Form 102 and 103 with the new CA.
actually if today you will have to sign 102 and 103 even if you undergo this period under your last principal as form 107 wont be applicable now
