excess leave

26 March 2010 i have completed my articleship in feb..and duly submitted form 108...in march i was informed by icai to serve excess leave....i am giving my finals this may...my query is whether i can serve this excess leave after exams and which form i need to submit in that case...
Also...will this constitute break in articleship or will it be considered as continuity in service since i have already completed my 3 yrs of articleship...
plzzz help...

02 April 2010 u had informed by the ICAI as u write here, it meanse u will have to work for this excess leave..............and this is final decion taken by ICAI

02 April 2010 i forgot to mention that i am in final old scheme....so am i eligible to appear in may 10 if i register for excess leave after may or would i have to register it now....plz reply..
