We have paid Gst liability of Rs.350000 in Gstr 3b but our Actual liability Comes Rs.100000 Now What to do of such Excess liability paid will we get 250000 return or not

Cash payment can't refundable. You can adjust it your next as Cash payment Like RCM related payments...

You can correct details in GSTR-3 & then use such excess claim to pay tax in next month
