26 July 2011 If uncle of the CA is a trustee of a Trust then that CA can except the statutory Audit of that trust ?
And whether any disclosure required by that CA in his AUdit Report

26 July 2011 Dear Author,

As per the international professional conduct for accountants, a trustee should not accept audit of the trust, as it may seriously hamper the independence which is the basis of any audit. However, if he accepts the audit, the disclosure in that regard is necessary in the Auditors' Report.
