Can we use 2 different colour ink in the same paper to differentiate any headings ?

you can but it is not preferable.

I think you can use two different colour pen to differenciate heading. I used to write the headings and points in black and rest in blue pen. I dont think there is any restriction but dont use nay other colour pen. Also using different pens may be very time consuming. Remember the most important thing is to complete the paper in time.

in order to be on safe side, it is recommended to use only one color pen.
