08 August 2011 I am giving CA final for 2nd time in coming november11.I had excess leave in articleship and i have already submitted forms(103 &108) for period may 20-june25. But my registration and termination for supplimentary article is pending in ICAI,because of delay of termination from previous principal...As I have submitted forms under the new principal...is it necesssary for me to sign my exm form from my supplimentary principal?????? Or i can sign exam form from any one as i wish....

09 August 2011 Generally it is to be signed by the principal under whom your articleship is to be completed as a certificate of the status of articleship is required. Hence, you can get it signed from your new employer
