exam application without copyof Form 108

05 September 2009 Sir, i finished my articleship on 17th Aug 2009 from chennai and i submitted Form 108 on 19th August. I didnt clear the final exams last attempt so i had to apply for exam that i sent on 26th Aug without attaching therewith the copy of confirmation of articleship completion. But i attached the photo copy of Form 108 front page. Till now i havent received any confirmation from the institute.

Now my friends say confirmation certificate is a must to apply for exam after articleship. Is there anything wrong with my exam application? will ICAI allow me to write the final exam Nov 2009.

Please give me a reply.

Attachment of confirmation certificate with exam form is necessary after articleship.

Have a specific chat with ICAI officials. Only they can provide you the correct position in your case.
