Why is the CA Institute declaring so less results ?
Is it normal pass percentage of results or it is low than previous years ?

Its low from previous year... passing %ge are demand based so you can understand why icai alter the results & marks..

As per ICAI low or a controlled passing percentage is standard maintaining funda. A high % may degrade the quality of chartered accountants.
