Even though Tax Credit shown in 26AS form,intimation served u/s 143 shows less TDS credit amount as per the calculation of Incometax Department
Please guide what i can do,Pay the Tax as shown in intimation or to file revised return???

You have to respond to notice by giving copy of form 16.
No need to pay towards demand since this appears to be technical error.
