new rule applicable from third quarter 31.Dec.2013 for Govt. & other Deductors third qt.01.10.2013-31.12.2013 that quarters due date is 31 jan 2014 and 4th qt 15th may 2014 whether correct?

Q3 due date is 15 jan...Q4 due date as you correctly said is 15th May..
