One of my client has a trading concern. please details the rules for applicabtion of ESIC rules.
what is the wages limit for esi
what should be minimum no; of employee

10 persons with power/ 20 persons without power to be covered under ESIC
for count purose, all employees are covered , for contribution purpose, employees below 15000 are contributory.
