08 June 2011 As per ESIC act, it is applicable to the entity only when entity have greater than or equal to 20 employees whose salary lower that the limit prescribed in act ( at present it is 150000)

Is this what esic act says , pl advice with act

Employee provided fund and miscellaneous provision Act 1952 is applicable in all India where 20 or more workmen employed for 12 month with or with power and getting wages or salary less then 15000 Rs P/M
Central gov have the power for given exemption to certain kind of organization
