For the limit of Rs.150000 in case of ESIC which salry is considered whether gross or earned salary and on what salary 4.75 and 1.75% calculated? For Ex if a person's Gross salary is 30000 he worked for 14 days in a month, salary for the month is 14000 then whether he is eligible for ESIC?

It is based on actual gross salary of the person.
