Dear Experts,
I want know frequency of return under ESI and PF act and how many forms require to file under both the act.

ESI return is half yearly - ESI 1st Half-Yearly Return (Form 5, Form 6) & ESI 2nd Half-Yearly Return (Form 5, Form 6) - 1st Half year 11th November
PF return is monthly by 15th
PF return is monthly by 15th

Esi and PF you have to monthly return, due date for PF is 15th subsequent month and ESI 21st of subsequent month, apart from this Half yearly and Annual return.
