05 January 2014 Dear Sir, Upto March?12 month my gross salary was Rs 14700/- I have received increment effected from Apr-12, My revised gross salary is Rs 17,960/- Although ESIC is deducted from my salary of apr, may,june & July. and company replied that it will be deduct till end half year (Apr to Sept.) please tell me it is write or wrong.

If effective 1 St April your gross salary was more than Rs. 15k then no esi was applicable.
