If you've filed your Income Tax Return (ITR) and inadvertently missed claiming a donation made via banking under Section 80G or 80GGC, and your return is still under assessment, you are not obligated to file a revised ITR if you no longer wish to claim the deduction. This omission is unlikely to result in any future notices from the tax authorities.

I filed ITR where i missed to include donation made through banking mode under section 80G and 80GGC which is more than 1.0 lac rupees. ITR is under assessment, however is it mandatory to file revised ITR even if I do not want to include the donations anymore now in the ITR to avoid refiling and all. Does this may generate any notice from Authorities in future?

It's left your option to claim deduction under section 80G donation. Not mandatory to file revised return. No notice will be issued in such a case.
